The Uttar Pradesh government has adopted a zero-tolerance policy against the mafias and gangsters in the state. The accused of the Bahraich incident, Sarfaraz alias Rinku, was injured in an encounter today (October 17). According to reports, another accused Talib was also injured during the encounter which was carried out by the Bahraich district police. Notably, Sarfaraz was planning to flee Nepal after committing the crime.
