PM Modi conferred with Guyana’s highest civilian honour, says India ready to help in all possible ways

During a special ceremony in Georgetown on Thursday, President of Guyana Dr. Irfaan Ali bestowed the highest civilian award of the country, the Order of Great Honor to the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi. While speaking, President Ali referred to PM Modi as a “leader who is a cut above the rest” for his impressive and visionary leadership that has impacted the course of underdeveloped nations.
