The Samajwadi Party (SP) and Congress have finalised their seat-sharing arrangement for the upcoming bypolls in Uttar Pradesh. As per the SP spokesperson Rajendra Chowdhury, the Samajwadi Party will contest eight seats, while the Congress will field candidates on two.
