Goa CM urges centre to relax sand extraction, sound rules

Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has requested the Union government to ease sand extraction regulations, similar to those in Andaman and Nicobar Islands, and consider allowing music beyond the 10 PM restriction to boost tourism in Goa.
