Saiyaara: Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda enter Rs 100 crore club in just four days

Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda`s romantic musical Saiyaara, helmed by Mohit Suri has been winning hearts and making headlines from the beginning. Ever since the film hit the screens on July 18, it has been welcomed with positive reviews from fans and critics alike. The film`s success is also translating into impressive numbers at the box office. The film has shattered all expectations at the box office, and has surpassed the Rs 100 crore mark within just four days of its release.

Saiyaara enters Rs 100 crore club

According to reports, although Monday saw an expected dip, Saiyaara still managed to bag an impressive Rs 22.5 crore post-week. The film has also recorded an overall 41.87 per cent occupancy in Hindi on Monday, July 21. The night shows alone peaked at 59.47 per cent.

With this, Saiyaara has ascended to the seventh position among the highest-grossing Bollywood films of 2025, surpassing Akshay Kumar and Ananya Panday`s Kesari Chapter 2 (Rs 92 crore) and Sunny Deol`s Jaat (Rs 88 crore). It now follows Salman Khan`s Sikandar (Rs 110 crore approx) and Akshay’s Sky Force (Rs 112 crore approx).

The Mohit Suri directorial has collected a net total of Rs 105.75 crore over its four days of run in India, which makes it one of the fastest films of 2025 to achieve this milestone.

Interestingly, it is worth noting that Saiyaara`s success comes is the absence of heavy marketing or media buzz. The film`s success is being driven almost entirely by word-of-mouth, soulful music, and strong audience connection given that both stars were new faces. Viewers have been comparing Saiyaara to Mohit Suri`s earlier hit Aashiqui 2, which continues to be a cult favourite among romance lovers.

Saiyaara day-wise collection

Saiyaara had a strong opening on Friday with a collection of Rs 21 crore. It grew to Rs 26 crore on Saturday. On Sunday, the earnings reached their highest single-day total, adding another Rs 35.75 crore in the bag. Monday followed with an impressive Rs 22.5 crore.

Notably, because of the overwhelming demand, cinema chains even added early morning and midnight shows across major cities to accommodate the crowds. Directed by Mohit Suri, Saiyaara follows Krish Kapoor (Ahaan), an aspiring singer, and Vaani Batra (Aneet), a once-famous vocalist turned lyricist. The two collaborate on a song and fall in love. Their professional collaboration turns into an emotional one, leading to an emotional and heart-touching love story.
