Telangana RERA has penalized several real estate developers for violations concerning villa, flat, and plot sales, following complaints from aggrieved consumers. Penalties were imposed on five developers, including Suvarnabhoomi Infra and Edifice Projects, for project delays, failure to register projects, and misleading advertisements. RERA directed the developers to rectify the issues, pay fines, and refund amounts to buyers with interest.
