Exotica Housing will invest ₹500 crore in its new IT and ITES project, Exotica One32, in Noida’s Sector 132. The project spans five acres with two 27-floor towers offering office spaces from 1,000 to 3,000 sq ft. Integrated retail spaces are also part of the development. Phase-I possession is expected by January 2030.
