Shriram Properties has resolved a long-standing commercial dispute with the West Bengal government. The company conveyed 42.37 acres of land at Uttarpara, fulfilling its obligations. It plans to develop five to six million sq ft of new projects in Kolkata over the next five years. These projects have a potential gross development value of ₹3,000 crore.
