Keystone Realtors has secured a significant redevelopment project in Andheri (East), Mumbai, with an estimated gross development value of ₹1,775 crore. The project will redevelop Om Nagar Co-operative Housing Society Federation, comprising eight societies and covering over 20,569 sq metres. This initiative will provide rehabilitation for 637 members and unlock approximately five lakh sq ft of free-sale area.
