Maharashtra government has formed a 12-member committee to re-survey river flood lines across the state, including Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad. The panel will review existing norms and suggest amendments to the UDCPR for TDR utilization on properties built before the 2009 flood line demarcation. This move aims to resolve redevelopment hurdles for numerous properties.
