The Maharashtra Real Estate Appellate Tribunal has put a hold on a MahaRERA chairperson’s order concerning a flat buyer’s complaint. The tribunal also called for an investigation into the issuance of two different versions of the same order. This action follows an appeal against the chairperson’s decision to set aside previous orders.
