The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has ordered the withdrawal of insolvency proceedings against realty firm Mahagun. This decision follows a settlement reached between Mahagun (India) and its financial creditor, IDBI Trusteeship, on February 12, 2026.
