Greater Bengaluru authority auctions seven properties in crackdown on ₹437 crore tax dues

Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) has initiated a crackdown on property tax defaulters, auctioning seven properties to recover long-pending dues. With ₹437 crore in arrears across nearly 7,000 units, authorities are using public auctions as a last resort. This move aims to recover unpaid taxes and ensure compliance from all property owners.
