The Maharashtra government is set to intensify its drive to recover long-pending dues under MahaRERA. State minister Shambhuraj Desai told the assembly that the current recovery rate of 34 percent must be significantly improved. District collectors have been directed to fast-track these cases, including identifying and attaching properties of defaulting builders.
