An FIR has been filed against six directors of Ameya Commercial Projects and Anek Estates and Ventures. A Gurugram resident alleged she was cheated of Rs 5 crore in a commercial project. The complainant claims she was promised timely possession and a sale deed. The OC was issued, but possession and sale deed were not executed.
