The Enforcement Directorate in Hyderabad has provisionally attached immovable properties worth Rs 14 crore belonging to Sai Surya Developers. The agency’s investigation, based on Telangana police FIRs, revealed a fraudulent scheme where proprietor Sathish Chandra Gupta allegedly collected money from depositors for plots but failed to register them, leading to significant financial losses for investors.
