Gaurs Group has partnered with Elematic India to establish a ₹100 crore precast manufacturing facility in Noida. This facility will produce advanced concrete components, aiming to reduce project delivery timelines by six months to a year. The group has also placed a significant order for modular bathrooms and kitchen pods.
