After a dispute suspended permissions in 2014, the Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority chairman can now issue development and revised development permissions for agricultural land within the Gokuldham township. This authority covers over 10 lakh square metres in Sanand taluka, following a decade-long approval process for the township’s layout and subsequent land integrations.
