Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) has 6,366 unresolved complaints as of December 2025, despite efforts to reduce the backlog. While the authority has resolved over 26,000 complaints since its inception, consumer bodies urge faster redressal mechanisms to address ongoing delays and ensure effective dispute resolution.
