Delhi Development Authority will now manage day-to-day maintenance of its housing complexes, including pre-2021 flats, to boost sales. Flat owners will pay quarterly charges for services like security, cleaning, and minor repairs. This initiative aims to ensure efficient upkeep until occupancy reaches 80% or an RWA is registered.
