Assotech Realty and Atmosphere Core have partnered to develop a hospitality project in Shirdi, Maharashtra. Assotech plans to scale its revenue to ₹350-400 crore by FY27, while Atmosphere Core targets $400 million by 2030, driven by expansion into spiritual and tourism destinations.
