Ghaziabad development body collects only 50% of revenue target

Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) has fallen short of its revenue targets for compounding fees in 2025-26, collecting only 50% of the projected amount. The authority also ranked among the top five underperforming districts in Uttar Pradesh for mutation policy implementation in February. This poor performance raises concerns about GDA’s operational efficiency and its impact on overall earnings.
