Odisha is undertaking five major affordable housing projects in Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, and Rourkela through public-private partnerships. These initiatives, following the Housing for All (Urban) policy, will deliver over 5,000 dwelling units for economically weaker and lower-income groups, addressing the growing demand for low-cost housing in urban areas.
