ASK Property Fund has successfully exited its investment in a Mahagun Group residential project in Noida. The fund generated a 21% IRR and a 2.1x multiple from this deal. Additionally, ASK Property Fund completed a full exit from its 2018 debt fund, achieving an investment multiple of 1.83x.
