GMADA has launched its 50th affordable housing project, a 25-acre plotted colony named “White City” in Sector 114, Mohali. This initiative aims to provide home ownership opportunities for lower and middle-income groups. Mohali currently boasts over 50 approved affordable residential colonies, with more in development.
