Prayagraj Municipal Corporation will offer property tax exemptions to owners of self-occupied residential buildings over 20 years old. A 40% exemption will be granted to those residing in buildings older than two decades, while newer self-occupied properties will receive a 32.5% reduction. Verification of applications will commence this month after a software update.
