A district consumer commission has found Supertech Limited guilty of deficiency in service for a flat in Ecovillage-2 that suffered from seepage and sewage problems. The builder was ordered to rectify the defects within 30 days and pay the owner Rs 4,000 for mental anguish and litigation costs.
