Gurugram authorities have issued nearly 2,000 notices to property owners for illegally covering stilt areas. Around 500 restoration orders have also been passed. This information was shared with the Punjab and Haryana high court. The court is hearing a case regarding the ‘stilt plus four floor policy’ in Gurugram. The policy’s implementation remains subject to the ongoing public interest litigation.
