The Lucknow Development Authority is launching an e-auction for 149 residential plots in Gomti Nagar Extension and Basant Kunj Yojana, with prices ranging from Rs 8.5 lakh to Rs 1 crore. This is part of a larger sale of 475 properties valued at nearly Rs 3,000 crore across the city.
