Noida Authority is preparing to acquire land for New Noida, also called Dadri-Noida-Ghaziabad Investment Region. The first phase will involve consent-based purchase from 37 villages. This project aims to create a modern industrial hub. Land acquisition rates are set at Rs 4,300 per sqm. The development will occur in four phases, focusing on industrial, residential, and green spaces.
