Ramayana trailer netizens’ reaction

As the trailer dropped, netizens expressed their views. One called it, “Ramayana trailer is not just a trailer—it’s absolute cinema.”

Netizens praised Ranbir’s casting as Lord Rama. One wrote, “Ranbir is the right choice for Prabhu Rama. For me, he justified it.”

A user pointed out, “Ramayana’s trailer is out, and Ranbir Kapoor is looking great. But it seems like Ravan’s character has been given more highlight in the trailer.”

While another believed, “#RanbirKapoor will play Parshu Ram and Shri Ram avatar simultaneously! THEATRES WILL turn into temples! This scene will EAT!!!”

Praising Yash’s portrayal of Ravana, a user commented, “Peak villainism @TheNameIsYash. This is what we all imagined.” Someone else mentioned how he stole the show. Another user wrote, “My bro nailed it. That screen presence. That aura. Yash was born to portray larger-than-life characters.”

While some users were mesmerized by the trailer, others expressed disappointment with the VFX and heavy CGI use. A user wrote, “Some WTF VFX shots in the trailer. Why artificial fire for a simple scene? Why do the animals look like that? Backgrounds look so not blended.” Another noted, “There’s a lot to admire here, especially the creature work, the music, and the costume detailing, but the overall visuals still need some refinement. Certain shots scream green screen and lack that natural, immersive feel.”
