Aamir Khan, who is basking in the success of his latest film Sitaare Zameen Par, has made headlines again. This time around, for rather serious reasons. Videos and visuals from outside his residence in Bandra recently circulated online. In the viral videos, police vehicles were seen exiting the actor`s home, making fans wonder and making them curious about the possible reason behind the visit.
25 IPS officers visited Aamir Khan`s residence
A video going viral on the internet also asserted that a group of 25 IPS officers arrived at Aamir Khan`s residence located in Bandra. In the footage, multiple police cars and a sizable bus are seen departing from Aamir`s residence. It was being said that this team had arranged a meeting with Aamir Khan.
As soon as the video went viral, netizens began reacting ti the video. One user wrote, “What`s the issue?” While others enquired, “Hey, can you explain what occurred?” One user even asked the actor what he had done, writing, “What have you done this time?”

While some reports suggested that the team of IPS officers went to meet the actor, there has been no official confirmation yet from the actor himself or the officials. News18 reportedly tried to reach out to Khan’s team, to which they replied, saying they aren’t sure about the reason behind the sudden visit, adding, “We are still figuring out with Aamir.”
On the work front, Aamir Khan was last seen in Sitaare Zameen Par, which minted around Rs 165 crore net collection in India after a month of its release. The film, directed by RS Prasanna, marked Aamir`s return to the big screen afterer about three years. The film also featured Genelia D’Souza in the lead.
Next, he will be seen in director Rajkumar Hirani’s biopic film based on the life of the father of Indian cinema, Dadasaheb Phalke. Aamir is also soon expected to attend the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne (IFFM) 2025 as a Chief Guest. The film festival is scheduled from August 14-24. His attendance at the 16th edition of the Festival will reportedly include a unique retrospective honouring his exceptional achievements in Indian cinema, culminating in a spotlight presentation on his most recent film, Sitaare Zameen Par.
