Brookfield India REIT’s manager has appointed Shashank Jain as its new Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. Jain will take over from Alok Aggarwal on July 1, 2026. Aggarwal is retiring after leading the REIT since its beginning. Charu Thapar and Gaurav Bhatia are also named key personnel. The REIT board approved issuing commercial papers worth up to ₹1,000 crore.
