Logicap Advisors, backed by Alta Capital, has acquired 38.5 acres in Bhiwandi to develop a 1.3 million sq ft industrial and logistics park. This expansion will boost their total portfolio to 19 million sq ft, with plans for an additional 4 million sq ft this year.
