A family dispute over control of GreatWhite Global is nearing resolution as Mehul Shah emerges as the successful bidder to acquire his brother Hemang Shah’s 50% stake. The National Company Law Tribunal has directed both parties to expedite the conclusion of the bidding process, with a hearing scheduled for March 6.
