The Bombay High Court has overturned a Maharashtra government decision blocking the Vienna Apartments Co-operative Housing Society in Juhu. The court ruled the refusal was legally incorrect and against homebuyer protection laws. An earlier approval from 2020 is now reinstated. Authorities must issue the registration certificate within four weeks.
