The Bombay High Court has ordered builder N Kumar to pay over ₹41 lakh for demolishing illegal structures. The court mandated the deposit within two weeks. Demolition work at Poonam Chambers and Poonam Tower is underway. The Nagpur Municipal Corporation expects to complete the demolition by April 10.
