Godrej Properties has acquired a 20-acre land parcel in East Bengaluru for a premium residential project estimated to generate ₹1,350 crore in revenue. This follows their recent entry into Coimbatore with a 44-acre acquisition for a plotted residential development projected to yield ₹450 crore.
