Haryana RERA has ordered Parsvnath Hessa Developers to pay over Rs 77 lakh to a couple for a delayed apartment on Golf Course Road. The developer failed to hand over possession of the flat in Parsvnath Exotica, which was due in 2015, and lacked an occupation certificate. The compensation covers loss of profit due to property value escalation.
