Haryana: After HC stay on S+4, town planning asks HSVP how infrastructure funds were used

Haryana has paused all stilt-plus-four construction approvals. This follows a court stay and concerns over infrastructure capacity. The town and country planning department is now demanding a report on how 689 crore rupees were spent on upgrades. This money was meant for infrastructure linked to increased density. The court highlighted the strain on services like sewage and traffic.
