Tell me what’s new in War 2
The highly anticipated teaser for Yash Raj Film’s War 2 has generated immense excitement since it dropped online on May 20. Hrithik Roshan shared the teaser on X, welcoming Jr NTR to the franchise. He wrote, “And so it begins, be prepared, there is no place for mercy. Welcome to Hell. Love, Kabir (sic).” The teaser showcases Hrithik reprising his role as a RAW agent in a darker and more menacing avatar, with intense action sequences and thrilling visuals. While fans were eager to see more of Kiara Advani, her brief blink-and-miss appearance in the teaser left some disappointed. Nonetheless, the audience are eagerly looking forward to her first action role in a movie. Many have also criticized the VFX in the film. War 2, directed by Ayan Mukerji, is set to release in cinemas on August 14, just ahead of Independence Day.
