Homeland Group and VRC have jointly acquired two prime mixed-use land parcels in Mohali for over ₹1,000 crore. The acquisitions include a 5.5-acre parcel near the Chandigarh border for approximately ₹400 crore and a 13-acre site in Sector 62 for over ₹600 crore. Both developments will feature residential and commercial components, with completion targeted by early 2031.
