A federal judge has rejected JPMorgan Chase’s attempt to dismiss a lawsuit filed by Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo is seeking to recover losses for investors in a defaulted commercial real estate loan. The judge found that Wells Fargo adequately alleged JPMorgan knew of a default event by Chetrit Group. Chetrit Group had taken out a large loan in 2019.
