Karnataka Housing Board is developing its fourth residential layout in Chamarajanagar near Uttuvalli on a public-private partnership basis. The KHB has initiated a demand survey for the 24-acre project, offering sites for various income groups with a fixed rate of Rs 1,500 per square foot. Applications are being accepted online until December 31.
