Despite a 14% dip in housing sales across top cities in 2025, the average time to convert a lead into a booking significantly shortened to 26 days. This improvement was primarily driven by quicker decision-making in higher ticket-size segments, particularly homes priced between ₹2 crore and ₹3 crore, which saw a conversion time of just 15 days.
