The Lucknow Development Authority is launching its IT City housing scheme on Sultanpur Road on February 28. In the first phase, 870 developed plots will be allotted to 336 farmers through a lottery system as part of the land pooling policy. These plots, ranging from 35 to 288 sq m, will be free of cost for landowners.
