Motilal Oswal Alternates has secured ₹2,000 crore for its sixth real estate fund, IREF-VI, from family offices, HNIs, and offshore investors. The fund has already committed 75% of its capital across 15 projects, primarily in mid-income residential developments, and achieved a first exit with a 20.25% IRR. MO Alternates’ real estate AUM now exceeds ₹10,000 crore.
