NCLT has permitted the withdrawal of insolvency proceedings against Noida’s ATS Knightsbridge residential project after a settlement with lenders. The Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process, initiated in 2023, was formally closed on March 13, 2026. The project is nearing completion, with a tentative handover expected in 18-24 months.
