Over 30 colonies regularised in Jammu, process now stayed by HC: Jammu & Kashmir CM

The Jammu Development Authority had begun regularizing residential colonies, successfully approving 31. However, this process was later halted by a high court stay. New colonies are planned through self-financing or public-private partnerships. Janipur Housing Colony, established in 1973, required no regularization.
