A Gurugram Rera bench has ordered Agrante Realty to pay 10.9% annual interest to a homebuyer. The builder failed to deliver a flat in the Kavyam project despite receiving almost full payment. Rera rejected the builder’s excuses for the delay. The authority is taking a strict approach towards delayed affordable housing projects.
